The Mentalist, the story of Patrick Jane, a psychic who work for the California Bureau of Investigation. He used to be famous as a psychic, until he mocked a famous serial killer goes by the name Red John,and ended up getting his wife and daughter killed by Red John. As a result of the murder, Jane had a mental breakdown and hospitalized. After he was released, he tried to keep it a secret and decided to approach the CBI, offered his help of solving crimes. The CBI agreed and he eventually, become a consultant. As time goes, he's getting closer to his co-workers. The smart, witty and sarcastic senior agent Teressa Lisbon, the rookie of the team agent Grace Van Pelt, her love interest agent Wayne Rigsby and the straightforward agent Kimball Cho.
The tv series takes place in Sacramento, California, where the CBI (California Bureau of Investigation), are constantly called in to investigate recent deaths. Patrick Jane, (Simon Baker) is an independent consultant for the CBI, solving murders with his sharp skills and knowledge. Though considered a psychic, Jane refuses to acknowledge that such a thing exists. Jane was once a con-man who used his "powers" as a psychic to tell the future. This resulted in personal tradegy, where Jane loses his wife and child. Though this happened 9 years previously, Janes strives to uncover the murderer of his family, who likes to call himself "Red John." He spreads fear with his methods and manipulates people. "He doesn't have friends. He has tools." His signature is a smiley face drawn in the victim's blood. This is always the first thing humans see if they walk in a room where a murder has taken place by Red John.
Each episode's title has something to do with the colour red, which gives hints to what the episode is about. It's very different from other bogues crime shows, which is hard to find. For example, in Bones, it takes ages to find out who the victim is, and the killer is normally really obvious. In Monk, it takes ages to prove that the killer did it, when the have an alibi etc. SVU and other shows are just really dark and depressing.
The Mentalist is different because it has light and dark bits in it, and the actors aren't famous enough to be superficial. The Mentalist is the best because the killer is always a surprise and it keeps you guessing to the end.

As devastation spreads on This Side, Walter, Olivia, and Sam Weiss struggle to find a way to stop the destruction and discover that one individual has the ability to allow Peter access to the Machine.
The end is almost in sight. Fringe gets more exciting week after week. I'm really curious about Sam Weiss and what his purpose really is in the events started. The machine was not only to destroy, but also to create depending on Peter's state of mind. What will happen when he learns that he has a child on the other side, will he choose for the love of a woman or for the love for his child. Personally I always thought that the last episode would end with the death of Peter; in the sense that Walter goes back in time and keeps himselve from taking the peter from the other side. If both peters were left to die, the other side would never come to fall apart and the machine that creates and destroys would never be used, simply because the other side will never be aware of the fact that they are not the only universe. Let's see what the writers have in store for us. I'm still very curious
Each episode will show you a different way that life and math come together in amazing and impossible acts in nature. When the show goes through each case and how to figure out what is going on in the world and what could be possible. Some of the cases seem impossible but each time they are explained in a way that really could be possible.
An amazing show after the X-files! All the actors do an awesome job with how the show is played. The beginnings are always something to suck you in to the show.

It is incredible in keeping the case going and highly addictive for those who enjoy watching crimes being solved. They use quotes that are used before and after each episode, which makes people ponder how these quotes have anything to do with the cases. It is definitely not a show for the faint hearted. Every case is different even though there are criminals that are similar. This show has the ability to keep you at the edge of your seat and it is amazing how these people are able to understand just by looking at your behaviour
Aside from the cast, 95% of the cases that this show delivers are phenomenal. The other 5% are alsogreat cases, just a tad worse than the others. The cases are unique from week to week, as each episode features a killer who does something you wouldn't normally expect.
The show also covers many different types of crimes, which is something that I really enjoy. Bombings, sexual offenders, arsonists, kidnappers and my personal favorite, bioweapon-makers, are just a few of the multiple types of criminals that this show deals with!

The story line of the show involves the lives of outdoors types and rugged participants, who opt to brave the prehistoric worlds that they are plunged into and try to survive in. Later at the Redemption Island "truel", Jeff announces that two people will stay in the game, while the third will join the jury.
The tribe returns to their beach and Andrea finds maggots in the Ometepe rice supply. When Steve denies Andrea's request to put their clean rice in the Zapatera container, Phillip confronts him suggesting it's a racial issue.
After the Immunity Challenge, Julie buries Phillip's shorts, forcing him to go to Tribal Council in his underwear. While the three former Zapatera members plan to vote out Phillip, Rob is unsure whether to consider Phillip for the vote.
